Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes when and how you may request a cancellation and/or refund for a Protection Plan.

Introduction

UK Recovery Team Ltd offers a 14 day money back cancellation scheme on all month contracts with the following exceptions:

• Where a claim, repair or replacement has been made. If you have made a request for a repair, replacement or service within your plan period, you will no longer be eligible to cancel your Protection Plan.

• Where 14 days have passed The cancellation policy allows only 14 natural days for you to cancel your Protection Plan. 14 natural days will be calculated from the date of the plan being initiated, which will be clearly visible in your documentation.

The Maximum cancellation fee repayable will be £180.00 (inc. VAT) and is applied for each 12-month period from your commencement date. This fee is for anyone that has notified an Event or has had a service from us in any period. However, if you have received a repair, no refund will be given and you will have to pay the cost of the repair. This will be capped at the plan fee (minus any fees you have already paid in the current period).
